How much does printing cost?
Cost depends on material, size, print time and finishing. Answer a few quick questions on the quote page (no file or 3D experience needed) and we'll get back to you with a price within 24 hours.
How long does it take?
Most small-to-medium jobs are ready in 2-5 business days. Larger batches or multi-part orders may take longer; we'll confirm a timeline with your quote.
Do you design models?
Yes. If you can describe it or show us a picture, we can design it from scratch, repair an existing file, or optimize a model for printing. See Custom & One-of-a-Kind for details.
What file formats do you accept?
If you already have a 3D model, we accept STL, SVG, STEP, OBJ and 3MF files. Just attach it on WhatsApp once we're chatting. No file yet? A description or photo is enough to get started.
What materials are available?
PLA, PETG, ABS, and flexible TPU. Not sure what fits your project? Ask us.
Can I request a custom color?
Yes, we work with a wide standard color range and can discuss custom or color-matched options on request.
Can you turn a photo into a statue?
Yes, send a clear photo of a person or pet and we'll model and print a full-color miniature statue. See Photo to 3D Statue for examples of what customers have ordered.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Ilha Terceira, Azores. Shipping cost and time depend on destination.
